Food processing is something of a specialty at HiLine. Half of our control systems engineers were previously employed in food processing in capacities ranging from instrumention lead in a plant to equipment design for an OEM.
Whether you need to have a control system designed for an entire plant, a program written for a specific machine, or to get existing machine back up and running in the middle of night, HiLine has been there and done that.
HiLine has done work in corn, potato, fruit, juice, bottling and wine making facilities to name a few. We have automated equipment that the OEM of the equipment said couldn't be automated. We have come in behind other integrators who got in over their heads and gotten the project back on track and completed. We have amazed our customers with incredible feats of troubleshooting late at night and on weekends.
We have developed a loyal customer base that used our competition before and has come to realize "when it has to work, it has to be HiLine".
